We source our chicken from a very well regarded Suffolk producer Diaper Poultry. We stock the St George premium range that are barn reared in enhanced welfare conditions along with the Sutton Hoo free range chickens. From time to time throughout the year and at Christmas, we produce our own Oak House chickens that we purchase as day old chicks and rear here on the farm. These chickens tend to be larger that commercially produced poultry, ranging from 3-6kg and are dry plucked for a top quality finish.
For Christmas we also supply locally reared turkeys.
